Ithacan Historical Society Lecture
I was honoured to speak for the Ithacan Historical Society about Walking in the Footsteps. A great discussion about the island and the importance of conserving its historical sites and artefacts.

'On Homer's Ithaca'
My good friend and mentor Professor George Huxley's crucial essay has now been published. In this essay he sets out the philological proof that Ithaca is the true home of Odysseus.
I was asked by the Ithacan Historical Society in Melbourne to edit this article, to add the ancient texts to which he refers and maps to explain the local geography. This clarifies the text of the essay for non specialists.
